I bought this book because I am currently studying Master of Laws in Medical Law in Northumbria.
I found this book particularly useful for preparing my law assignments on legal medicine with special references to UK cases.
I wished I have reached this book earlier in my master course, which gives me a clearer picture of concepts of medical litigations.

I would very much like to recommend this textbook on medical laws published in 2010.
Most of the law libraries should save a copy for it's members as a reference for students learning undergraduate or postgraduate courses in medical laws or mental health laws.
The author, Johnathan Herring is the contemporary writer in medical laws and ethics.
Readers interested in medico legal litigation should not miss this classical textbook.
Aaron Lee.
