Personally, this was one of the most useful books I've studied from during med school. I havn't thought I could really "study" for the CS part of Step 2 but, guess what, you can. Actually, some people think they just come in and have an instinct for it, I didn't think that and, yes, you need to know what your doing. This book gave great examples, put me in the mindframe, and I walked in knowing what to do. I scored well and there's nothing more to say...this book helped a lot.
