(More customer reviews)I've read several books on procrastination and this is my favorite. It is short - about 170 pages. That's a good thing. Shorter is better for procrastinators, busy people and slow readers. It is very user-friendly and to-the-point. You can quickly diagnose the reasons you are procrastinating in chapter 1 with a short quiz. From there you can get busy addressing those reasons with straightforward strategies. The vignettes are a little cheesy, but I assume realistic. That aside, this is an excellent self-help book. I would recommend it to anyone interested in understanding their procrastination and becoming more productive.
