For instance, he describes the characteristics, effects and has psychotherapeutic notes for each essence. He also gives common combinations with other essences. There is a section on physical and emotional ailments and possible flower remedies to assist them.
Dr. Blome has a very good understanding of the Bach flower essences and how to use them. One of the best books on flower remedies. Highly recommended.
